With all T1/Frame Relay connections there needs to be a physical line installed that is capable of running your high speed internet connection. This is usually installed by the telephone company (ie. Qwest, CenturyTel) or an entity similar (ie. Covad, UUnet). They charge monthly for the physical line or "local loop". Approx. $350 per/mo. Be sure to also expect a sizable installation fee for your dedicated line. Approx. $900 for a T1.

HarborNet will also help track the status of your T1 order as a part of the startup fee.
