With all ISDN connections there needs to be 2 digital lines (64 kbps ea.) installed. This is usually installed by the telephone company (ie. Qwest, CenturyTel) or an entity similar (ie. Covad, UUnet). They charge monthly for the 2 Digital lines. Approx. $35 per/mo. per/line for residential users and $70 per/mo per/line for business users. Be sure to also expect an installation fee. Approx. $35 - $140.
