| Basic Dial-Up ISDN |
$50 per/mo. |
|
It is similar to the Personal PPP account, except that the connection will be established over ISDN (digital) lines at up to 64kbps (one B channel). We can help with the purchase of ISDN adaptors if you need them. This is single channel non-bonded ISDN - two-way connections at much higher throughput than available with any analog modems. If you require more than 6-8 hours/day a dedicated account is called for.

| Premium Dial-up ISDN |
$75 per/mo. |
|
Digital speeds of up to 128kbps - blazing file transfers, gaming, chat at speeds up to 6 times faster than an analog modem. No additional hourly fees - 2mb of personal storage and 2 email accounts. If you require more than 6-8 hrs/day a dedicated account is called for.

| Dedicated ISDN Access |
$250 per/mo. |
|
In some cases, ISDN will be better for establishing a dedicated network than frame relay, especially if there is a limitation on copper pairs at the customer's facility (A T-1 line requires two copper pairs, an ISDN line only one), or if there is never a need for more than 128K. In these cases, we provide dedicated Internet access via the ISDN network. The customer would have to purchase an ISDN-compatible terminal adapter, and possibly a router, to connect to the ISDN network. We can help with these purchases. Prices range from $250 to $1000.
If there is any possibility of needing more than 128K, we strongly recommend using frame relay, if possible. It is scalable to T-1 speeds relatively easily. Frame relay is designed as a dedicated data network, while ISDN is designed as a higher-capacity telephone line.
